Colombia El Indio

El Indio is a community lot from around 175 families whose commitment to natural processing has become a defining feature of what they produce. Technical guidance introduced in 2019 has given that process real consistency, and the cup reflects it: fruit-forward and full, with the kind of depth that only comes from intention at every stage.
